How often do you feed your guppies?

I am a great believer in the little and often regime and only offer food if the fish rise when I approach the tanks.

Goodness ! if I fed the little beggars every time they came to the top looking for food I'd be doing water changes every day ! LOL, I just feed adults twice a day and fry as many as 6 times depending on age !

Oooops, my error I meant I feed them about 5-6 times daily, but only if they rise for it as I approach the tank. Occasionally, and particularly early mornings, I have noticed that they do not rise for food as I approach the tank so I generally skip that feed if it is the case - I assume it has something to do with the changing environment in the room (as the sun rises.)
